Do not undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others.

One of the old proverbs that contains the very essence of the distilled wisdom of all ages.
That milk is gone. You can see it's down the drain and all the fussing and hair pulling in the world won't bring back a drop of it. With a little thought and prevention, that milk might have been saved. But it's too late now. All we can do is write it off, forget it and go on to the next thing.
Two days ago, I did something horrible to my friend. I regretted it. I cried all night. I said to myself if I didn't do that. I was back to my past and imagined if it didn't happen. But it's already happened. I couldn't do anything that was already happened. Don't cry over split milk. That I can do now is learn from the experience, be careful about that in the future., and tried my best to make it up with my friend.
I said sorry and tried to make it up with him, but he didn't want to listen. I knew that I was wrong, but why he couldn't forgive me. He said all negative things to me. I just listened, but neither did he. He blamed me. And he forget our togetherness.
Most people just remembered the negative things instead of the positive things. All of the positive things disappear when the negatives occur.

Today, I read "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living" by Dale Carnegie. I applied one of the formula, and it worked.
Magic Formula by Willis H. Carrier :
- ask yourself, "What is the worst that can possibly happen if I can't solve my problem?"
- Prepare Yourself mentally to accept the worst- if necessary
- Then calmly try to improve upon the worst - which you have already mentally agreed to accept.
